The Labor Party`s suit was discussed with regard to the electricity tariff increase in the City Court. After one-hour trial, the judge left the meeting hall without listening to the plaintiff and did not allow to file a motion which was followed by protests from the Labor Party.

The judge scheduled the next meeting and after that left the meeting hall.

"Where did the judge go? Where are we ? In a field or in court? "- said Giorgi Gugava in the courtroom when the judge left the meeting hall.

"Labor Party" has been demanding for 2 years in the city court the revision of the 2015 decree of the GNCC and the decrease of the electricity tariff to 11 tetri .

In parallel to the meeting, a protest rally was held in the yard of the City Court.
