The Chairman of the Parliament presented a new head of the Audit Service to the employees today. Irakli Kobakhidze has spoken about Irakli Mekvabishvili"s experience and wished him success.

The Chairman of the Parliament thanked the former head of the agency- Lasha Tordia.

"The general auditor should be characterized by a number of key features in order to properly implement his functions. This is impartiality, honesty and high qualifications. According to these three signs, the general auditorial candidate was selected and according to these three signs the Parliament approved Mr. Irakli Mekvabishvili as General Auditor, "said Irakli Kobakhidze.
