Tbilisi City Hall announced auction on the territory located in Dighomi on the request of Irakli Sesiashvili, Levan Khabeishvili of "National Movement" accuses Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Defense and Security, Irakli Sesiashvili of abuse of power.

The case concerns the purchase by one of the leaders of "Georgian Dream" 637 square meters of the land owned by state in Digomi settlement in Tbilisi for the minimal price of 30 694 GEL.

The opposition claims that the Property Management Agency of Tbilisi City Hall announced the auction specially for Irakli Sesiashvili who did not compete during the trade. Irakli Sesiashvili calls the opposition accusations absurd. The MP argues that he has not breached the law.

The City Hall claims that they had no information about the person participating in the auction, as the application is only electronically filled.

Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Parliament declares that he will make detailed explanations about the purchase of the land plot after his return from official trips.
