The Lvov Court found Mikheil Saakashvili guilty of illegal crossing of the border and issued a sentence on fining him as . The third president of Georgia has to pay a penalty of 3400 grivnas.

The case was examined by the Lvov Mostik District Court. Mikheil Saakashvili did not attend the process. He talked about the decision of the court on the local channel and noted that the judge and witnesses performed the tasks of the government.

According to Saakashvili, the unfair decisions of the judges are confirmed by the recordings released by Russian Prankers who claim that called the judges on behalf of Rada MP and gave specific assignments.

Judge Yuri Belous himself denies these accusations. The official statement released by the court says that such telephone conversation did not take place at all and the case of Saakashvili`s administrative liability was carried out baccording to the law.
