Austria"s chancellor speaks out on the EU Sanctions against Russia. Werner Faymann says that they cannot replace peace plan for Ukraine. He stated that the sanctions have always been emergency measure and they can"t bring peace to Ukraine.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria  -Sebastian Kurz says that the sanctions target those people, who are responsible for what is happening in the East of Ukraine.
