Despite the refusal of the president, MPs will gather at the extraordinary session today and they will vote for the draft constitution in the third reading. The legislation provides the right to do so.
The session is scheduled for 14:00 in Kutaisi.
Unlike the opposition, the parliamentary majority considers the draft constitutional project a significant success and does not share the allegations regarding the "changes made by one party".
The "National Movement" blames the ruling party in usurping the country`s main law.
"This is a crisis-creating constitution. No one will put up with this violence. We will take part in the consideration of this constitution, we will use all the possible leverages both in the hall and on the street. People will understand that this government is usurper, "-said Roman Gotsiridze.
