Zaliko Udumashvili, the Tbilisi Mayoral candidate from United National Movement and other representatives of the opposition, who are not members of parliament, were not allowed to enter the balcony for media in the parliament today. Opposition members arrived in Kutaisi this morning in order to attend the ballot by the third hearing of the constitution today.

According to the security guards, the so-called media balcony was busy.

"The fact that they are doing this silently and hastily is a sign that it is not a legitimate process," said Nika Rurua.
