The leaders of United National movement make a special announcement. Roman Gotsiridze , one of the party leaders states that the constitutional amendments serve as an attempt to establish a dictatorship.

"This is a constitution adopted against people"s will. It does not have supporters either in Georgia or abroad, it is a one-party constitution, "- Roman Gotsiridze says.

Zaal Udumashvili makes the announcement as well. According to him, Georgian people will respond to the Georgian Dream"s dictatorial decision.

"Future of Georgia is being resolved in this building. Today they are taking over the power,"- states Zaal Udumashvili.
