The CEC has started investigation into the alleged violation of the Election Code by public officials. Report from Rustavi 2 broadcasting revealed that public servants actively participate in pre-election meetings of Kakhi Kaladze.

According to the CEC, the election code prohibits such activities as participation of public servants and members of precinct commissions in pre-election campaigns.

The election administration is still studying the issue of the chairperson of the Precinct # 48 and at the same time, the teacher of the kindergarten Lali Gamkhitashvili, who was identified in the video footage obtained by "Courier".

Whether the sanction envisaged by the law will be imposed on civil servants is yet unknown. The opposition and the civil sector are demanding reaction from relevant agencies.

"National Movement" will also voice the concrete facts of the alleged use of administrative resources by the Georgian Dream in the nearest future. According to party members, public servants are asked to submit personal data of their family members in their offices.
