The ruling team and the opposition are waiting for the President"s veto on the draft constitution. "Georgian Dream" has not appeared at the Presidential palace.

20 political parties with the president have discussed the constitution, adopted by Georgian Dream.

The opposition hopes that the president will not violate the agreement and will veto the whole package of constitutional amendments.

According to the five-point agreement, a proportional electoral system must be passed, a fair distribution of mandates, preserving the rule of direct presidential elections, lowering threshold of up to 3%, leaving election blocs, maintaining the constitutional body of the Security Council and creating guarantees for fair trial.
