Candidates for European Court of Appeals nominated by Georgia will be interviewed in Strasbourg today. Interview with Lado Chanturia, Lali Papiashvili and Otar Sichinava will be held at the Council of Europe Inter-Parliamentary Committees.
 
The procedure is the second part of the three-stage competition, after which one or two candidates will be voted for at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly.
 
If approved, the European Court of Human Rights of Strasbourg will elect a new judge for a term of nine years.
