Davit Narmania calls the decision of Tbilisi City Council "lawfull".

The mayor of the capital assessed the decision to transfer the land to Bidzina Ivanishvili and disliked the opposition`s expression of dissent.

"The issue was not received in any particular speedy manner. It was being prepared for quite a long time. When we talk about the underground parking project that the city needs very much, it is necessary to support such projects. This will not be the first and last project that will be approved.

"When people have different opinions, expressing different opinions has its own form and needs to be expressed in a cold, decent form, and nobody has the right to interfere withVity Vouncil`s "s activities," Narmania said.
