Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi Nino Khatiskatsi explains the developments in the Tbilisi City Hall yesterday. According to Nino Khatiskatsi, as a result of yesterday`s rally held by the "National Movement" with supporters, people with disabilities cannot enter the City Hall because the ramps to access the building have been damaged.

Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi responded to the question whether the Parliament and City Council members were entitled to enter Tbilisi City Hall premises.

"You ask a question the answer to which you know well, but it the form of expression that matters- how you behave and if you really want a dialogue and not just attracting attention," - Khatiskatsi said.
