The Public Defender evaluated the yesterday`s developments at the City Hall. The Ombudsman confirms that the persons detained at the rally in front of Tbilisi City Hall have injuries.

According to Ombudsman, representatives of the Public Defender"s Office visited detainees. Ombudsman"s Office requested documentation to study in detail.

According to his assessment, the rights of MPs were violated when they were not allowed into the city hall.

"MPs have the right to enter all administrative bodies and their rights were violated," -the ombudsman said.
