110 thousand GEL was spent on the restaurants on dinners of Tbilisi City Hall employees and foreign guests. Davit Narmania, the mayor of the capital, signed the decree to transfer money from the city budget. In total 110 thousand GEL was transferred to 4 restaurants.

The Tbilisi City Hall has allocated 300 thousand GEL for organizing the International Forum for Economic Development from 2017 budget, from which, according to the official documents publicized by the National Movement, one-third of the money was spent on restaurants.

City Mayor denies the accusations. Davit Narmania has argued that the participants of the Forum participants did not spend money from the budget though he was shown the documents confirming the information.

The forum, for organizing of which 300 thousand lari was spent lasted for 2 days. The sum was allocated from the budget at Davit Narmania`s order.
