The situation is tense in front of the Tbilisi City Council. Representatives of European Georgia and a Tbilisi mayoral candidate Elene Khoshtaria are in front of the City Council building. They have attempted to enter the building. However, the police officers have hindered them, which caused the physical confrontation. Elene Khoshtaria has explained to the Law enforcers that they have a right to enter the building.

"This is a symbol of the rule of Ivanishvili"s regime,"- said Giga Bokeria.
