New Constitution - Parliament will appeal to President today to convene for an extraordinary meeting

The legislative body will officially address the president today with the request of convening the extraordinary session,

The parliamentary majority plans to convene the extraordinary sessionto discuss the president`s motivated remarks on October 13 at 11:00.

Despite the reply of the President , the legislators have the right, according to the regulations, to convene the session. The ruling team says that the presiden`"s veto will be overcome.

"If the President does not appoint the session, then this procedure prescribes that the chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia has the authority to appoint a meeting to assemble the parliament and discuss the issue of overcoming the veto," - said one of the leaders of "Georgian Dream" Anri Okhanashvili.

The opposition thinks that the country needs to share motivated remarks, but have no hope that the "Georgian Dream" will not accept this proposal.

"The Georgian Dream has decided to overcome this veto, so it is determined that the whole country will have a one-party constitution." It is obvious that the mood and the position will be a protest because it is not a public constitution, it serves only one purpose to ensure that the "Georgian Dream" lives in luxury at the expense of the people, " - Nick Rurua, a member of the UNM says.
