The Parliament will hold an extraordinary sitting on October 13. MPs will discuss Giorgi Margvelashvili"s remarks on amendments to the constitution.

Tinatin Bokuchava, secretary of United National Movement faction says that the entire opposition spectrum, president and civil sector have one position on constitutional amendments.

"This is not just the president"s position, it is a consensual position of the entire opposition spectrum, civil sector, president, the Venice Commission and Georgian Dream stands alone," - Tinatin Bokuchava said.

Gigi Tsereteli, the chairperson of the parliamentary faction "European Georgia - Movement for Freedom", says that the government continues to disagree and ignore the opinion"s opinion.
