The Prime Minister of Georgia has responded to the death of actress Lika Kavzaradze. Giorgi Kvirikashvili publishes a letter of condolences.

"I express my deep sorrow over the death of Georgian film star Lika Kavzaradze. I believe that in the heart of the people she will always remain a symbol of the beautiful Georgian woman, which can not be faded by time. I share the sadness of Lika Kavzaradze`s family, "- reads the letter of condolences.

The Chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia has also extended sympathies to the family of the actress.

"Georgian cinematography and its loyal audience have suffered a great and grave loss. I am very sad and sympathetic to all those who have admired her beauty, talent and acting skills over the years, "- says Irakli Kobakhidze.

Actress Lika Kavzaradze was found dead in her house. According to preliminary data, there is no trace of violence and no external injuries are present.

Investigation has been initiated under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Justice, which means driving to suicide.
