Printing of ballot papers for self-government elections started today. More than 9 million and half bulletins will be printed for October 21, as the voter will have to fill in 3 ballot papers on local elections.

Today, election administration representatives signed the code of ethics, by which they promise to hold fair and transparent elections, respecting the law.

DECs and PECs commissions will also sign the Code.
