The case of the Tennis Courts may be opened today. 2 people died as the result of special operation near the tennis Courts in 2006. Zurab Vazagashvili was one of them.

The lawyer of Vazagashvili family stated that she has no rights to comment on the issue. Irma Chkadua doesn"t confirm the information that her arrival to the Prosecutor`s Office is connected with ongoing arrests.

" The prosecutor`s office will announce that the case is open when they will decide to do it and say that they have sufficient evidences,"- Irma Chkadua says.

The former deputy commander of the criminal police, Pirtskhalava , former investigation officer of the Criminal Police Department detective division Levan Berodze and he head of special division Koba Nakani have been arrested in connection with the case.
