NGOs respond to Ivanishvili in joint statement

45 NGOs have supported the publication of a joint statement by Nino Lomjaria, Kakha Kozhoridze and Eka Gigauri. The statement criticised Ivanishvili"s remarks in his interview with "TV Imedi" and accused him of being the "informal governor" of Georgia.

"We believe that Bidzina Ivanishvili`s announcement isn"t the position of just a citizen, but rather the position of the informal governor of the country. The unjustified rhetoric of the representatives of ruling party is a deviation from the declared values."
