Non-governmental organization "Fair Elections" plans to simulate self-government elections. According to the Executive Director, the process covers all of Georgia and aims to monitor the internal monitoring system.

According to Mikheil Benidze, during the simulation process, all observers of the organization are obliged to send a brief text message about the specific violations to the central office.
"Fair Elections" will have 1200 observers throughout Georgia.
