The 200-member delegation of the OSCE will monitor the October 21 self-government elections. The delegation members arrived in Tbilisi late last night.

The OSCE observer groups will monitor the elections throughout Georgia.

The group consists mainly of short-term observers who will attend the electoral process at all stages. OSCE representatives will make official statements the next day after the elections. The final conclusion about how the elections have been held will be known later.
