Most of the Georgian Dream"s donors are companies that regularly win state tenders - Courier has obtained information. The ruling team"s donors receive money from the budget and then pay back a big part of this amount to the ruling party.

A Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia says that this is just coincidence and there is no deal between companies and the government.

Irakli Kobakhidze says that the opposition parties do not make the exact declaration of revenue and expenses.

"Such coincidence is absolutely natural, a very large part of large companies are taking part in tenders and at the same time are donors of Georgian Dream.
"It is a sad reality in Georgia that the opposition does not declare its revenues and expenses, this is the main reason of this situation," said Irakli Kobakhidze.
