The election commission gives the last instructions to the voters 2 days before the local self-government elections. Citizens have to make several choices on October 21, because of which the voter will be given several ballot papers at the polling station.
For the first time this year IDPs will not need to present their certificates. They will vote as any other voters with ID card or foreign passport. In addition to the electoral commission, the observers will control the voting process. International and local organizations have already passed accreditation.

The Prime Minister has called on state agencies and civil servants today to conduct the electoral process in a peaceful and transparent manner.
