Aleko Tskitishvili, executive director of the NGO "Human Rights Center", speaks about the violations revealed in Sagarejo municipality.

According to Aleko Tskitishvili, only 2 complaints are written.

"These complaints relate mainly to violations in villages populated by ethnic Azeri citizens. This is the village of Duzagrama, Sagarejo municipality where the principle of confidentiality was violated when the electorate circled the ruling party"s election number in the ballot papers outside the cabin . An incident occurred when the voter asked how to vote and commission member had indicated that the voter should circle 41, "- Aleko Tskitishvili said.
