All polling stations are closed in Kakheti. Votes are being counted at the moment. Voter"s activity was 45% in Telavi and nearby villages today.

According to the DEC, only one complaint has been registered in the Telavi municipality. According to their assessment, the process was held in a peaceful environment.

According to Giorgi Botkoveli, the mayoral candidate of "United National Movement", the ruling team used administrative resources.

"Elections were held on the background of total intimidation at every polling station. The administrative resource was mobilized.We can not call it elections,"- Giorgi Botkoveli said.
