"There will be changes, necessarily reforms," said the newly elected Mayor of Tbilisi Kakhi Kaladze.

Kakha Kaladze believes that during these years the City Hall and the City Council had problems with communication. Kaladze says that the form of communication that existed before is not acceptable to him.

"There will be changes, will be reforms and our attention will be focused on professionalism, competence and honesty. As for the communication that has been for years between Sakrebulo and City Hall, it is not acceptable for me. We will have relations with the population everyday. Of course, it was a bad communication, because in the last three years, a lot of important projects have been implemented for the benefit of the city, which I am sure, even not many of our teammates know about. This is our problem in general, not only of the City Hall, the government also has problems with these directions, "- Kakha Kala said.
