"Democratic Movement" demands investigation under the election fraud article. The party explains that they will appeal the police against Mtatsminda DEC`s actions.

At the same time, members of the "Democratic Movement" plan to take part in the meetings of Rustavi and Samgori DECs, where they are requesting to recount ballot papers.

The results of the Mtatsminda election district No 13were not opened by the election administration, despite the appeal of the party members. As a result the party called the law enforcers and sealed the ballot papers in the presence of the investigator. Their recounting is already planned in the court.
