The court decision on the results of the Tianeti district will be delivered to the International Center for Democratic Initiative at 12:00 today. In spite of the fact that two out of their four requests were satisfied, the organization will likely continue the legal battle and request the complete abolition of the results in the Tianeti district.

The NGO decision will become known today.

"I will make a decision and afterwards with my team I will make a decision regarding the appeal," said Kapanadze, representative of the International Center for Democracy Initiative.

According to the defender of Tamaz Machiauri`s interests, in case of appealing the first instance decision, the mayoral candidate will be involved in the process as a respondent.

The Mtskheta Court dismissed the Tianeti DEC resolutions, which counted the votes and declared as a "Mayor" the representative of the "Georgian Dream" instead of Tamaz Machiauri.
