The statement of the Chairman of the Parliament regarding the President being in the deadlock receiived response from Giorgi Margvelashvili`s administration. President`s adviser Kakha Kozhoridze says that the ruling team is not aware of the conclusions of the observation missions, according to which one of the major problems identified in the elections was the use of administrative resources.

"It is good that they listen to the president, but it is bad that they do not listen to and do not know about international observation missions such as OSCE, ODIHR and NDI or the conclusions of the local main observation organizations, all of them underlining that one of the main problems in this election process was the use of administrative resources , "- said Kakha Kozhoridze.

Giorgi Margvelashvili accused the Georgian Dream of using administrative resources, while Irakli Kobakhidze said, that "when a person is deadlocked, he does inadequate statements."
