Results of polling station # 49 in Isani - Court will announce today the decision onappeal of "New Georgia"

Today will be known whether the results of the Isani polling station # 49 are changed. The Tbilisi City Court has to make a decision on "New Georgia" suit. The party clarifies that 2 days after elections the Isani DEC decresed the number of votes of "New Georgia" in order to reach the balance of the ballot.

Members of the party demand the cancellation of the DEC resolution and legitimize the results. The court heard yesterday the parties" arguments.

The chairman of Isani DEC denies the accusations.
