Labor Party suit regarding violations revealed in election process was not satisfied

The appeal of the Labor Party regarding the violations revealed in the election process was not satisfied by the City Court. It is about the case when instead of citizens of Georgia who are abroad other people voted illegally. As an example the Labor Party brought the fact when in the polling station # 38 in Isani district a relative cast vote instead of a person who went abroad.

The party will appeal the decision in the Court of Appeal within one day.
