Kakhi Kaladze will select the staff of Tbilisi City Hall by testing. The newly elected Mayor states that only those individuals will retain the position, who will successfully pass the two-stage competition. Kaladze plans to take part in the selection of personnel personally and get involved in the work of the Attestation Commission. The employees of the City Hall Administration, Municipal Offices, Gamgeoba and Sakrebulo employees will have to take tests.

Kakhi Kaladze promises that appointment of people on positions will not happen with nepotism and kinship. In spite of the condition, the Sakrebulo deputies who are no longer council members .are waiting appointments.

The opposition does not believe Kakhi Kaladze`s promise. The opposition is referring to the fact when a newly elected mayor Davit Narmania,appointed Kaladze`s brother -in-law as the head of the department of sports and youth affairs. The minority thinks that Kaladze plans to replace the existing staff with his team.
