Mikheil Saakashvili states that the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has started extradition process in Georgia. Third President of Georgia published this statement on Facebook. The Ukrainian opposition leader writes that in recent days, the process of preparing documents for Lucenko has begun for his extradition to Georgia. Mikheil Saakashvili says that the General Prosecutor of Ukraine is carrying orders of oligarchs, namely Putin, Ivanishvili and Poroshenko.
