A Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Shalva Khutsishvili makes a statement about the case of the man, who died in Tbilisi during the detention operation.

Shalva Khutsishvili has responded to the statement made by the Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia, which says that after examining the records taken from the Interior Ministry, it was established that one of the law enforcers" cameras did not work at the moment of detention.

According to Khutsishvili, the video footage given by MIA shows the moment, when Paata Pavliashvili gets sick.

"We are interested to investigate the fact as soon as possible and find out the objective truth," Shalva Khutsishvili says.
