Otar Kakhidze criticizes the ruling team

Otar Kakhidze, chairperson of the parliamentary fraction "European Georgia" evaluates the changes in the constitution.

According to the decision of the ruling team, four points of the constitution should be amended and the constitutional organizational commission should be created.

According to Otar Kakhidze, "European Georgia" was offering the management team to take the recommendations of the Venice Commission into consideration.

The parliamentary majority plans to cancel the amendments to the constitution. In particular - to abolish the bonus system and allow the participation of election blocs in parliamentary elections by 2020. Also, the record on the freedom of faith and the rule of electing the Constitutional Court shall be specified.
