The parliamentary opposition boycotts the parliamentary commission, working on the constitutional amendments. Members of UNM believe that the commission is useless.
According to Roman Gotsiridze, one of the leaders of the party, nothing changes by creating the commission, because the amendments are announced in advance and the discussion is not planned.
"What is the idea of this commission when we know that nothing will change. They say that they have four issues and all of them will be adopted. Why we have to travel in the villages and explain to population, it is good or bad. We have already stated that this constitution is bad,"- said Roman Gotsiridze.
