Constitutionalists consider as formalism to start work on a constitutional amendments. Experts in the field think that it would be much better if the amendments would take place in the project approved two weeks ago.

"It would be desirable that these amendments promised by the authorities to the Venice Commission had been made before . Including during the veto of the president which would elimnate this problem. I do not think that I will have any kind of participation in this process, "- Kote Chokoraia said.
