According to the Minister of Justice, the decision of the Human Rights Court of Strasbourg can not influence Vano Merabishvili"s early release.

According to Tea Tsulukiani, the Ministry of Corrections has already begun working on the release of the former Prime Minister of Georgia and calls on the opponents to refrain from political speculation.

"Weand the other side are waiting for the decision of the Strasbourg Court, no matter what the Strasbourg Court"s decision is, it will not cause Vano Merabishvili"s release," Tea Tsulukiani said.
