"Unfortunately, the CEC takes political decisionsand they refuted our complaint with voting," -Tinatin Bokuchava, the UNM parliamentary faction secretary, said at the briefing.

The UNM is appealing the CEC decision in the court.

At the yesterday`s session the election administration did not satisfy the complaint of non parliamentary and parliamentary opposition parties, which called for the annulling of the summary protocols of the local self-government elections and demanded to re-count the votes.

"Therefore, we are going, as it is envisaged in the law, to appeal the CEC"s illegal decision in the court ",- Tinatin Bokuchava said.

According to Bokuchava, the data declared by district commissions did not reflect the will of the voters.
