The City Court did not satisfy the joint suit of the opposition parties.

Non-parliamentary and parliamentary opposition parties demanded to annulle summary protocols of the local self-government elections and demanded a re-counting of votes.

Dimitri Lortkipanidze, a member of the Democratic Movement - United Georgia Party said before the court hearing that "elections are totally fraudulent", which is confirmed by the number of complaints filed in the Precinct Election Commissions.

According to Dimitri Lortkipanidze, the decision of the court will depend on whether it is politicized or independent .

UNM will apply to the court today and it is not known yet when the decision on this claim will be announced.
