"Russia will not allow Ukraine"s integration into such instituations as the European Union and NATOT"-stated military expert Pavel Felgenhauer a day before the Ministerial Meeting in Brussels.
He said that Moscow wants to change the regime in Ukraine, thus they are interested in taking over Kiev and not one or two cities in eastern Ukraine.
"There are different mechanisms for putting pressure - political, economic and military. they could have used the same mechanizm that are using in Ukraine in Georgia as well However , they preferred to carry out the changes from within and to some extent they have succeeded, "said Felgenhauer.
