Two witnesses of the prosecution have been questioned in Gori District Court on Beka Khakhubia`s case. One of them is a forensic expert and the other is a witness of a tragic accident.

The court must determine whether the patrol inspectors have exceeded their authority when during the chase after Beka Khakhubia they blocked highway with a trailer, which led to the death of Khakubia.

Attorney Tamar Abesadze claims that the expert confirmed at the court hearing that Bekha Khakhubia was driving drunk .

Lawyer Nodar Tsintsadze does not exclude that Bekha Khakhubia fell asleep before the crash.

The hearing of Khakhubia"s case at Gori District Court will be continued on November 15 by questioning witnesses of the prosecution.
