The session of the Council of Justice was held on the background of mutual accusations and acute controversy.

Several members of the Council requested specific explanations from the Chairwoman of the Supreme Court. Nino Gvenetadze does not sign the decision regarding the decision of the appointing 34 judges for a lifetime. The colleagues have tried to find out the reasons. Gvenetadze was blamed openly for not fulfilling
her powers. The chairperson of the Supreme Court, Nino Gvenetadze, accused the members of the Council of Justice of violence and psychological pressure and declared the session closed as a symbol of protest. She said that she would answer in writing all the questions that have been asked today by her colleagues.
