People gather in front of the parliament in Kiev. A demonstration of the " Movement of New Forces" will start soon. Police and National Guards are mobilized. The territory is protected by the law enforcers.

The rally participants say that there was no such guard yesterday and the police and the National Guard were brought in the morning.

"Perhaps they are afraid. The deputy minister said that today we will witness a bloodshed. They fear that we will storm the building,"- said one of the demonstrators.

Ukrainians are waiting for Mikheil Saakashvili"s speech. He has released a video and called on the population to come to the rally.
