Kakhi Kaladze"s first day in the City Hall The elected mayor of the capital will start exercising his powers today. Kaladze will begin his work together with the new team and he will present them to the society today.

Presumably, Vice-Mayor"s post will begiven to Irakli Khmaladze, who previously served as Deputy Minister of Energy. Maya Bitsadze will presumably also be a member of Kaladze"s team and a deputy mayor. Prior to joining Kaladze"s pre-election campaign, she was deputy minister of environment protection.

It is already known that the new mayor is going to reshuffle personnel, start the attestation process and abolish some municipal services.

The authority has already been suspended for the heads of the 12th city services and the governors of 10 districts.
