US Ambassador to Georgia has responded to the second round of self-government elections. Jan Kelly estimates the elections as a democratic process.
As kelly states, according to the reports of the observation missions, the elections were held in a calm situation, without incidents, whichas Kelly said is important.

"According to various international reports, the elections took place in a calm environment, without significant incidents. We are happy and continue to work with the leaders who have been chosen by people to develop a more transparent and democratic system, "Jan Kelly said.
