Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze has released a video appeal on his Facebook page and summed his first working day.

According to Kakhi Kaladze, he is going to present to the population heads of Tbilisi City Hall services..

Kaladze thanked the population for their support and declared trust.
